Torn down clean, hauled away on schedule. Demolition is a disposal problem as much as a wrecking problem, so we run the hauling ourselves.

Often yes, and it depends on what is being removed. Non-structural strip-out may not require one, while removing walls or altering structure generally does. Requirements are set by your local jurisdiction and we confirm what applies before starting.
It depends on the material more than the project. Heavy debris like concrete and dirt needs a smaller container because it reaches the weight limit before it fills. Light renovation and cleanout debris fills by volume, so a larger container is more efficient.
Often yes, with the work phased and physically separated from occupied areas, and scheduled around your operating hours. Noise, dust and debris routes are all planned, and on a strip-out that planning is most of the effort.
Call (813) 363-6303 or email demo@pukta.com and describe what the property is doing. We will tell you whether it needs a visit, what the work likely involves, and how soon we can get there. If the scope needs a permit, we handle the application and the inspections.
